A combination of flowing yoga with light weights in a supportive setting for all experience levels. All are welcome to experience a practice that builds both strength and flexibility.

“Breathwork” is simply the conscious regulation of your breath, and has been used for centuries to support, regulate, re-balance, and harmonize body, mind, and soul.
The breath is a powerful tool that, when used consciously and consistently, can help to support whole-person health, from optimizing your immune system and building lung capacity, to rewriting old beliefs and narratives. Join us for this introductory class where you’ll learn how to utilize this modality for yourself to decrease stress, create safety within the body, release outdated thoughts and beliefs, and optimize your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Class will consist of 30-40 minutes of breathwork followed by an integration period. Suitable for all levels.
